“It Came From Next Door” is a collection of short stories inspired by the podcast “The Neighborhood Listen.” The hosts, Paul F. Tompkins (my favorite podcast host, guest, and/or ensemble member), Nicole Parker, and Brett Morris, “improvise in character using real posts from a popular neighborhood networking website.” Similarly, the ideas for these stories come from what I can only assume is the very same site.
