<\/figure>\n\n\n\nThis week we made some famous Rhode Island foods inspired by a video<\/a> by Kristen Hampton wherein she ate at the Olneyville N.Y. System restaurant in the aforementioned Rhode Island. <\/p>\n\n\n\n She reviewed their Hot Wieners and Coffee Milk. I found and ordered Autocrat coffee syrup from “the ‘zon.” It was later suggested to me, again by “the ‘zon,” that I also buy the spice mix that is used to make the signature Hot Wiener sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The key ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I mixed myself a glass of Coffee Milk soon after receiving the coffee syrup. I read the proportions that are shown on the bottle: 2 tablespoons of syrup to 8 ounces of milk. I prepared a larger glass and just eyeballed the measurements. It wasn’t as dark as I was expecting it to be, but it was pretty good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Subsequently, on pizza day, Dorothy made me some that she prepared to proper proportions. It tasted about the same as my non-measured mixture, telling me that I was close. I prepared myself another glass after<\/em> we ate the Hot Wieners so as not to confuse my taste buds.
