Today, Dorothy made three desserts. The first dessert is lemon kiwi macarons with lemon zest in the shells and kiwi puree in the buttercream. The idea for the photo composition was borrowed from a photo on PetitPatissier.com.
The second dessert is a lemon curd tart with a kiwi puree swirl.
The third dessert is an ube pastry cream tart with kiwi buttercream and kiwi ‘flowers.’
