Dorothy made soft pretzels yesterday. They turned out great! And this was her first attempt! They’re chewy and soft with that signature pretzel flavor and saltiness.
She posted them on Facebook and was asked something along the lines of, “what did you dip them in?” Today, Dorothy made a slightly spicy cheddar sauce, which we had with our lunch pretzels.
Dorothy also put together a Neufchâtel (low-fat cream cheese) cheesecake with a kiwi jelly layer on top. That was our post-pretzel dessert.
